Hiring People and Bakery Related Article Problems Causing Me to See Red and Make My Blood Boil

Can you think their words, all things considered they may be performing a little research over the Internet.

Personally speaking some of these article make my blood boil.

Here they are telling people that or that's not good or they ought to achieve this or that. Yet the majority of them haven't any real idea of what a bakery actually is, and most never worked in or near a bakery.

It appears to be to me that this type of person walking in to a supermarket and seeing all of the sliced over-wrapped cardboard style breads and deciding that since they dislike a specific brand or colored wrap that the bakery where it was created is not really a good place or business to be in.

They themselves haven't even been inside any type of bakery not to mention worked in one.

Do you think that I might have stayed in the trade for over 50 years if their words were correct.

I was taught from the ground up. Having begun at the age of 15 and started by cleaning the baking pans and sweeping the ground, then obtaining a certificate of skills to prove my worth.

From there, I continued to becoming an associate bakery manager then a bakery manager and area relief manager for exactly the same company. I have now been accountable for operating what I termed a plant bakery, where we made 280 pounds of flour right into a bread dough in three full minutes, 24 hours a day, which then the baked breads were sent around the slicers for over-wrapping in the various colored super market brand wrappers.

I have already been accountable for starting several bakeries as well as building bakeries and owned my own bakery.

If you believe I am blowing my own personal trumpet, Sure, Absolutely, I am! Because right now I'm somewhat incensed by the negative attitude why these articles are displaying about an industry that's been my expereince of living as a specialist baker.

Now who in the world can say that the job they've is the greatest job on earth for almost any sustained amount of time.

Construction workers will tell you they have to work in all weather conditions to contend with. Office workers will show you their job is boring shuffling papers from place to another. Police officers will show you the court system releases criminals as the courts are overwhelmed. Doctors will tell you the health system needs more money. Teachers will show you they are on strike to greatly help our kids learn. (If you can think that one).

I am definitely not going to glorify or put any of those jobs down because that is the profession those people chose. I find the bakery to be employed within and have for the most part enjoyed my amount of time in the industry.

You can find problems in any and all businesses, but when you are likely to glorify only the issues then it is no wonder unemployment is really high in many areas and industries.

The bakery or rather the food industry has their great amount of problems of course. Some of those problems are people related. Though unions will claim that individuals related issues are because the individuals aren't unionized. Which obviously is crap in my opinion.

The primary reason I have observed in the food industry, is the people concerned in some of those food related businesses haven't followed along side business guidelines or health regulation. And that's a problem with employing unskilled and often uneducated people, which occasionally are immigrant employees not understanding the language of the employers.

Please don't misunderstand me! As any employee can be trained for a situation of employment, as long as they continue steadily to do the job as they certainly were trained to do. After that it come back to the instructor to coach these people in matters of safety of the consuming publ
